The Food Safety Supervision Skill Set is designed for individuals who are needing to upskill themselves within the requirements of quality training and staying compliant for Health and Safety within the Food Regulation sector. This Skill Set will assist individuals in gaining skills for hygienic practices and handling food safely during the storage, preparation, display, service, and disposal of food.

This course operates on a rolling enrolment basis, meaning there are no fixed start or end dates. You can begin your studies at any time that suits you, and progress through the course at your own pace.
Blended online theory (self-paced) via Learning Management System and practical assessment completed over a 2-day period either onsite at your workplace or at our campus, once online theory has been completed.
Delivery Location
During the entire program you will have access to your trainer via phone or email during normal business hours, should you have any questions throughout completing the course.
