Credit Transfer
Australian Trade Training College recognises Australian Qualifications Framework Qualifications and Statements of Attainment that have been issued by other registered training organisations. Credit transfer may be applied to units of competency and related qualifications that have been studied in the past. Australian Trade Training College will only accept credit transfer for units of competency within the student’s individual support plan or training plan unit listing. Â
All students who hold a qualification or statement of attainment from another registered training organisation are to discuss the possibility of credit transfer during the enrolment process. Application for credit transfer will affect the final training plan or individual support plan, so all credit transfer applications need to be applied for and processed as quickly as possible.Â
Students will be required to provide a copy of the full qualification and unit listing or Statement of Attainment, or a unique student identifier transcript. These will be verified and, where the units of competency already successfully completed are equivalent to units in the training program, a credit transfer will be applied.Â
