The Certificate IV in Work Health and Safety qualification provides a broad range of health and safety functions and responsibilities in the workplace including identifying hazards, assessing WHS risks, implementing strategies to control WHS risks and evaluating an organisation’s WHS performance. This qualification will assist you to understand WHS legislative requirements, assist with monitoring workplace compliance and implement and support the WHS management system. Identify hazards and assess risks using the relevant techniques, tools and processes and contribute to setting up and implementing WHS consultation and participation processes. Assist with workplace incidents through response procedures, investigation processes and developing and implementing recommended measures and actions. Possible Employment Pathways:
