Skill Sets

Skill sets are nationally recognised courses made up of a selection of competency units.

They are designed to provide a level of training specific to an industry need or compliance requirement, and as such can open doors for learners to get started with their career or continue in to a further qualification.

The skill sets available at ATTC provide a certification for distinct workplace skills. Ranging from food safety supervision and responsible service of alcohol, to smart home technology and open cabling courses.

ICTSS00062 ACMA Open Cabler Registration Skill Set

This skill set addresses the skills and knowledge required to comply with Australian Communications and Media Authority (ACMA) requirements

ICTSS00058 ACMA Advanced Cabler Registration Skill Set

This skill set covers the additional training required for an open registered cabler to comply with (ACMA) requirements.

UEESS00098 Restricted – Electrical Safety Testing of Electrical Cord Connected Equipment and Cord Assemblies

This skill set covers the testing, tagging and reporting of portable/handheld low voltage electrical equipment using a portable appliance tester (PAT).
