Structured Workplace Learning
114-120 hours of structured workplace learning provides direct exposure to a variety of construction trades and professions to ensure you are making an informed decision around your Trade Pathway.

The young adults we met last year were actively enthused and engaged in the process. They all were great fun to meet and very respectful of us old termites creating sawdust in the workshop. They were enthusiastic learners, and completely immersed themselves without exception in learning some basic skills, listened to advice and guidance most respectively whilst having fun , it was a most enjoyable experience for us as a Guild and gave us confidence in the younger generation represented here.
