Workforce Training for Queensland Employers

We help employers build reliable workforce pipelines across Queensland. We deliver pre‑employment pathways and VET in Schools to source new entrants, apprenticeships and traineeships to develop talent, and short courses, high risk work licences and WHS training to maintain compliance and skills. Delivery can be on site, on campus or blended, with access to Queensland Skills Assure funding where eligible. We also provide Trades Recognition Australia skills assessments to verify trade competence for migrant workers. Programs can be scheduled around shifts to minimise downtime.

How the Training Partnership Works

A successful apprenticeship is an agreement between you (the employer), the apprentice, and ATTC as your training provider.

Onboarding & Registration

We work with your Apprentice Connect Australia Provider (ACAP) to facilitate the training contract and manage all administrative compliance requirements.

The Negotiated Training Plan

Together, we develop a training plan that specifies how, when, and where training and assessment will occur.

Logbooks
Your apprentice will use a logbook to track workplace competency, which you will sign off as their supervisor.

Competency-Based
Progress is based on skill level, allowing capable apprentices to complete their course faster.

Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL)

Does your apprentice have existing skills? We offer RPL assessments to recognize work or training experience they already possess, potentially reducing their time in formal training.

Need to qualify your existing experienced staff?

Get your team's existing competencies recognised without having to undertake training and assessment.
