Testimonials
KeyBuild Services
The Year 12 Trade Ready program has helped us connect with motivated, work-ready students with a clear understanding of trade expectations and the right attitude and foundational skills. It’s a great program for both students and employers, as we’ve found it to be an excellent pathway for identifying future apprentices and building a skilled workforce.

We’ve found the Year 12 Trade Ready program to be an excellent pathway for bringing enthusiastic young talent into our business. The students we’ve welcomed through the program consistently demonstrate confidence, capability, and a solid understanding of workplace expectations. Partnering with this program has been highly rewarding and provides a meaningful way to support the next generation entering the civil construction industry.
Cairns Woodworkers Guild
The young adults we met last year were actively enthused and engaged in the process. They all were great fun to meet and very respectful of us old termites creating sawdust in the workshop. They were enthusiastic learners, and completely immersed themselves without exception in learning some basic skills, listened to advice and guidance most respectively whilst having fun , it was a most enjoyable experience for us as a Guild and gave us confidence in the younger generation represented here.
