Some units of competency within this training program may involve physical activities, such as heavy lifting, standing for extended periods, or operating machinery, which may present challenges for individuals with physical limitations.

Students are encouraged to discuss any physical limitations or specific needs with our support team prior to enrolment so that reasonable adjustments can be considered to support their participation in the training program while maintaining the integrity of assessment outcomes.

As part of the enrolment process, you will need to undertake a Language, Literacy and Numeracy (LLN) and Digital Literacy indicator Assessment. This assessment is used for reviewing your suitability for this course.

If students do not have a Hard Hat or Safety glasses: ATTC will provide for use if necessary.

VETiS Program

The VET in Schools Program has been designed to help you make good career and training choices, so you can leave school career-ready, informed and confident in what your future holds. VETiS offers a training pathway so that you can complete either a Certificate I or II while you are at school.

Course Outcome

Students who are deemed competent in all units of competency will receive a Qualification and Students who are deemed competent in some units of competency only within this course will receive a Statement of Attainment recognised under the Australian Qualifications Framework. This certification is nationally recognised. The Qualification or Statement is issued by Australian Trade Training College (RTO 31399)
