We specialise in trade training
Our speciality is the delivery of training for traditional trades areas and we are a leader in providing industry driven training to students.
Our goal is to provide training that meets the evolving skills needs of Australian industry and employers.
We hire the right people
We employ a wide staff base with extensive experience in the VET sector, with particular niche knowledge of their respective trade areas.
All ATTC staff demonstrate a high level of expertise in the complexities of the delivery of training and assessment in their individual trade areas of speciality and where applicable hold industry licencing appropriate to their trade.
We prepare our students to work effectively.
Foundation skills are non-technical skills that support participation in the workplace, the community and adult education.
Foundation skills include things such as communication skills, literacy skills (reading, writing and numeracy), interaction skills, and skills to effectively participate in the workplace such as teamwork, problems solving and self and time management.
All Nationally Recognised Training delivered and assessed by ATTC contain Foundation Skills. ATTC includes the assessment of your foundation skills as part of the assessment process.
We offer flexible learning and assessment.
Included in our training and assessment strategies are practices that promote flexibility in learning and assessment to meet the needs of our students and their workplaces.
This means that we work with learners to provide options that are responsive to their individual needs, and that maximise learning outcomes and access to learning activities.
