This course provides learners with the skills to manage complex projects from start to finish. It is ideal for those looking learn how to use advanced communication to negotiate and report on timelines and outcomes, ensure team results are achieved in a cost-effective manner, manage budgets and use analytical skills to scope, weigh up risk options, integrate and evaluate projects.
