52700WA Certificate II in Plumbing
This is a pre-entry course suitable for people seeking to gain an apprenticeship in the Plumbing sector. The course will prepare and train students in entry-level skills of the Plumbing trade, in preparation for a full time apprenticeship.
The target audience are students completing years 11 and 12 in High School and participating in this qualification under the Queensland Government provided VET in Schools (VETiS) program.
This course provides entry-level training for learners who have left school and wish to gain an apprenticeship in a Plumbing trade; and provides a direct pathway into the trade qualification CPC32413 Certificate III in Plumbing and may articulate into CPC32612 Certificate III in Roof Plumbing.
Requirements for completion of this qualification
The course is structured with core units only, with no elective choice.
Students are to complete all 16 core unit requirements.
